kiss198 FAQ for Malaysia Players

Volatility refers to how much a slot's results vary from one spin to the next. Low volatility slots pay out more often but in smaller amounts, while high volatility slots pay out less frequently but in larger amounts. At kiss198, you can choose slots based on your playing style — whether you prefer steady wins or are willing to wait for bigger payouts.

RTP stands for Return to Player — a percentage that shows how much money is theoretically returned to players over a long period. For example, an RTP of 96% means that for every RM100 wagered cumulatively, approximately RM96 is returned. This is a long-term statistical figure, not a guarantee for any single session. The RTP for each game is set by the developer — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI — who supply the games on kiss198.

A progressive jackpot grows every time a player places a bet — a small portion of each wager goes into a shared prize pool. The jackpot can climb to very high values before one player wins, after which it resets to its starting amount. Some games available at kiss198 offer this type of jackpot mechanic, and winning is usually determined by a combination of symbols or a mini-game feature within the slot.

Free spins are typically triggered when a specific Scatter symbol lands on a set number of reels — usually three or more. During these free spins, you play without using your account balance, and some slots also add win multipliers, extra wild symbols or other special features. On kiss198, many slots from PG Soft and Pragmatic Play offer free spin rounds that can be retriggered during a session.

Yes. All slots on kiss198 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the software developers. The RNG ensures every spin is independent and unaffected by previous results. Developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI undergo regular independent testing to verify the integrity of their games before they are published on any platform, including kiss198.

Demo mode or free play availability depends on each game's settings and the platform's policy. At kiss198, you are advised to open an account first to access the full range of games with a minimum deposit of RM50. Once your account is active, you can also make use of the 150% welcome bonus up to RM888 to explore a variety of slots without needing to top up a large amount.

After registering and logging in to your kiss198 account, make your first deposit of at least RM50. The 150% welcome bonus will be credited automatically or through a claim process depending on the instructions on the promotions page. A deposit of RM100, for example, gives you a bonus of RM150, bringing your total balance to RM250 to start with. Depositing up to RM592 unlocks the maximum bonus of RM888.

The kiss198 wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received — not the deposit amount. For example: deposit RM100 and receive a RM150 bonus, so the total wagering to complete is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. For the maximum bonus of RM888, you need to complete wagering of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Generally, slot games contribute in full towards the wagering requirement. Table games and live casino games such as baccarat or roulette may contribute at a different rate or may not count at all, depending on the terms of the current promotion. You are advised to check the Terms & Conditions page on kiss198 for the list of eligible games for each bonus offer.

Yes, in most cases you can request a bonus cancellation through the kiss198 support team before the wagering requirement is completed. However, cancelling a bonus typically means any winnings earned using the bonus funds will also be voided, and your account balance will revert to the original deposit amount only. Contact 24/7 support via live chat for confirmation and further assistance.

Bonuses at kiss198 generally have a set period within which the wagering requirement must be completed after the bonus is credited. This period is stated in the respective promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited automatically. Check the deadline shown in your account or contact support for more details.

This is an industry practice that protects the platform from bonus abuse. At kiss198, this method is actually more favourable to players because you only need to wager the bonus (not deposit + bonus) 15 times. For example, a deposit of RM100 with a bonus of RM150 requires wagering of only RM2,250 — not RM3,750 as it would be if the combined deposit+bonus method were used. Your original deposit funds are not tied to this requirement.

kiss198 is accessible on mobile phones, tablets and laptops using a modern web browser. Supported operating systems include Android, iOS, Windows and macOS. Yes. Open a browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox on your mobile phone, type the kiss198 website address and log in as usual. All games — slots, live casino, sports betting and table games — run directly in the browser without requiring any plugins or third-party apps. This makes access easier, especially for players who do not want to use phone storage for additional apps.

If the connection drops while a spin is in progress, the kiss198 server records the result of that spin automatically. When you reconnect and reload the game, your account balance will be updated according to the actual result. You will not lose any valid winnings. To avoid disruptions, we recommend playing on a stable WiFi network or a solid 4G/5G mobile data connection.

On Android (Chrome): open the kiss198 site, tap the three-dot icon at the top right, select "Add to Home screen" and confirm. On iOS (Safari): tap the Share icon (a box with an arrow pointing up) on the bottom bar, scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen", then tap "Add". A shortcut icon will appear on your phone's home screen — faster access without needing to type the address again.

Slow pages are usually caused by a full browser cache. Follow these steps: open your browser settings → Privacy & security → Clear browsing data → check Cache and Cookies → delete. You can also try closing other unused tabs, making sure your browser software is up to date, and reconnecting to your WiFi or switching to mobile data. Contact kiss198 support if the problem persists after the steps above.

Withdrawals at kiss198 are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This covers withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and crypto. A "processing" status means your request is being reviewed or is awaiting confirmation from the system. This may happen if identity verification documents are incomplete, there are wagering requirements that have not been met, or a routine security check is taking place. Bring your transaction reference number and contact the kiss198 support team via live chat — they can check the status and help resolve the issue promptly.

Yes — winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met. For example, a RM888 bonus requires RM13,320 in wagering to be completed first. Once that requirement is done, the entire balance including bonus winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal, subject to the RM100 minimum and kiss198's account verification process.

kiss198 supports withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking (including major Malaysian banks) and cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH. The withdrawal method you choose should be the same as or match your deposit method to make identity verification easier and avoid any delays in processing.
